‘E’ had never been professionally photographed before. She was a newlywed at the time and wanted to surprise her husband with some tasteful, sexy photos of herself. I photographed her at a local hotel.

‘D’ a former model, photographed in her home and as a special gift for her boyfriend.

‘L’ had never been professionally photographed before and gifted this to herself to celebrate her current season of life and for her own personal self reflection.

Stashed away in a box of mementos, I have some sexy photos of myself from 20 years ago when I was an art student studying abroad in Europe. I also have a few from when I was a very uncomfortable, 8 months pregnant just a couple of short years ago. I know that even though I felt pretty awkward in the earlier ones, and not so glowingly-beautiful in the more recent ones, I’ll always look back on them and cherish who I was at that time in my life.

And when I look at them now it’s such a gift to be able to see myself the way others saw me at the time.

As a woman with her own vulnerabilities and body image insecurities, I truly enjoy having the opportunity to use my skills and abilities as a portrait and lifestyle photographer to help other women see their own beauty, inner light and power.

Just about everyone who I’ve photographed, whether for business or personal purposes, shares with me that their experience being photographed by me just feels easy - like spending time with an old friend.
