About Carey

I’ve lived in Brooklyn, NY for more than half of my life, and I currently live with my husband, our toddler, and our Southern rescue mutt (who very well may always be mistaken for a puppy). You can see some of their antics on my Instagram account.

I photograph portraits, image libraries and campaigns for advertising, editorial and small business clients. My work is applicable for entrepreneurs and various industries including healthcare and wellness, education, non profits and fashion.

I’m an easy-going, but hard working type. And here’s a fun fact if you’ve been hearing about ‘human design’ a lot lately like I have- I’m a manifestor, which is said to mean my role is to make an impact or get others into action.

Here’s a recent interview with me by Empire Coven, a site featuring women who are making their mark in NYC.

The quality and beauty of Carey’s work is evidenced in her portfolio. What her portfolio cannot tell you is what a pleasure she is to work with. Carey’s thoughtful consideration of her clients needs is always at the forefront of her process. She can put the shyest and most challenging subjects at ease. Carey is an excellent collaborator. Our design teams are always pleased to hear she will be joining us on a project. She understands the growing significance of honest, quality, images in the digital and print space, and delivers more than what is expected of her every time.

Thank you so much! You were so calm throughout the whole process, even while surrounded by screaming babies!
