More info

I recently met and photographed Dana Donofree, the creator and designer of AnaOno Intimates for my photography book project in the making, Sisters & Survivors. In 2013, my sister passed away from metastatic breast cancer that had spread to her bones, just four months after her diagnosis. I'm creating a book in her memory and to help contribute to funds for metastatic breast cancer research.

When I learned that AnaOno partnered with Cancerland to have the first ever all breast cancer modeled show, I wanted to be a part of it and meet and photograph the women involved. They are all in various stages of breast cancer, some with metastatic (stage iv) breast cancer. This is a first for New York Fashion Week.
