L.E.N.S. Method™ Creative photography workshops + programs

With a focus on mindfulness and emotional resilience. L.E.N.S. stands for Light, Empathy, Now and Storytelling. Group and 1:1, virtual and in person.

Think more like creative ‘play-shops’ than workshops. In additional to personal development, these are also great for professional development.

In my 6 week program, heart-centered entrepreneurs learn how to create their own meaningful, values-driven content to share their services and products.
