'Exposed', AnaOno Intimates and #Cancerland present breast cancer survivors on the runway during New York Fashion Week, February 2017.

The series has been awarded in the Personal Work category in the Best of Photography in Photo District News Annual 2017.

I met Dana Donofree, the designer of AnaOno Intimates, through photographing her for my 'Sisters & Survivors' book project in the making.  My first portrait subject for that project is also one of the models who walked in the show, Chiara D'Agostino.  My goal with the series is to publish a book and have proceeds go toward metastatic breast cancer research.

I'm honored and humbled to have met and photographed the survivors and creators of this extraordinary fashion show.

Edge of Humanity, an online documentary photography magazine published some of my images from the series, along with a more comprehensive statement.
